Dr. Tasha “TMac” McCray has spent 32 years in healthcare, navigating compliance at every level to keep her license, run her facilities, and survive every audit. She holds a PhD, MSN-Ed, and RN. She is a Certified ALF Administrator. She has built and owned group homes.
Based in Tampa, Florida, TMac runs multiple enterprises including CompliTrst™, the compliance system she built for the woman trying to open a group home, adult day care, or assisted living facility across all 50 states. She also manages real estate investments and private money lending, and leads The Tee Elite Circle, an exclusive annual membership community for accomplished women.
Three years ago, she discovered golf. Within that time she achieved two holes-in-one, multiple Player of the Month awards, and became an active competitor in leagues across Florida. The game became a living metaphor for her philosophy: mastery through practice, confidence through repetition, and excellence without apology.
